IMPORTANT SERVICE ALERT: Purolator is currently facing increased volumes and operational adjustments in response to COVID-19, which may cause delays to your deliveries. Purolator has temporarily suspended its on-time guarantees for Express services and is forecasting delays of one to three days for Ground shipments, which may result in displaying “delayed due to current pandemic disruption” when tracked online.
